Yes, all seven cabins can be reserved together or in any combination for family reunions, friend groups, hunting parties, and multi-family trips. Yes, dogs are welcome with a $25 one-time fee per reservation for up to 2 dogs. Dogs just need to be added to the reservation before arrival, and they cannot be left unattended in the cabin unless kenneled. Yellowstone Pet Boarding is nearby for guests who need daycare while visiting the park.

Click the Book Now button at the top of any page to check availability and reserve your cabin directly. Booking on our website gets you the lowest rate with no third-party fees. Cabins are also available on Airbnb and VRBO.

Check-in is fully self-service using a digital keycode sent on the day of arrival via the booking platform or by email. There is no staff on-site, but management is available by phone or message for any questions or emergencies. Check-in begins at 4 PM and checkout is at 11 AM.

Direct Website Bookings only: Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will receive a full refund (less 5% credit card service fee). Cancellations between 30 and 60 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund (less 5% credit card service fee). Cancellations within 29 days of check-in will be refunded the cleaning fee only (less 5% credit card service fee). Travelers who do not cancel and do not use their reservation will not be refunded at all. All cancellations must go through the hosting site your reservation originated from (Airbnb, VRBO, or a direct booking on our website) and cannot be done over the phone or through messaging. All bookings made through 3rd party sites (such as Airbnb/VRBO etc) are subject to the cancellation policy as advertised on that site.

We pre-authorize a $250 (not withdrawn) damage deposit the day before check-in. We release the pre-authorization if there is no damage to your unit after checkout. This is a term you agree to at the time of your reservation. This is a standard practice for all short term rentals and hotel (like having a credit card on file). This charge does not come out of your account, however depending on your bank/card it may lower your spending limit on your card.

Emigrant Cabins is 30 miles from the North Entrance of Yellowstone National Park in Gardiner, roughly a 30-minute drive. The North Entrance is the only park entrance open to vehicles year-round, making Emigrant Cabins a practical basecamp for both summer and winter Yellowstone visits. Old Faithful is approximately 88 miles away, about a 2-hour drive through the park.

Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport is approximately 57 miles from Emigrant Cabins, about a 1-hour drive south along the Yellowstone River corridor. Livingston, the nearest full-service town, is 24 miles away and about a 25-minute drive. Chico Hot Springs Resort is just 3 miles from the property, a 7-minute drive.

Yellowstone North Entrance in Gardiner is 30 minutes away, Chico Hot Springs is 7 minutes, Livingston is 25 minutes, and Bozeman is 50 minutes. Old Faithful and Lamar Valley are each about 2 hours from the cabins. Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport is approximately 1 hour away.

Yes, all seven cabins are open year-round with full heating for winter stays. The North Entrance to Yellowstone in Gardiner is just 30 minutes away and is the only park entrance open to vehicles year-round, making the property a practical winter basecamp. Chico Hot Springs Resort is 7 minutes from the property for hot springs soaking.

Guided fly fishing on the Yellowstone River is available through Montana Fly Fishing Guides, and whitewater rafting and scenic float trips are offered by Paradise Rafting and Yellowstone Wood Boat Tours. Chico Hot Springs Resort, just 7 minutes from the cabins, offers horseback riding, guided hikes, mountain biking, disc golf, and trout pond fishing with no license required. Yellowstone National Park is 30 minutes away for day trips.

Yellowstone Guidelines offers guided snow-coach and wildlife-viewing excursions into Yellowstone from Gardiner, 30 minutes away. Hot springs soaking is available at Chico Hot Springs Resort, just 7 minutes from the property, and at Yellowstone Hot Springs. Snowmobiling is available through Beartooth Adventures in Cooke City, and Nordic skiing and snowshoeing gear can be rented from Dan Bailey’s in Livingston.

The Old Saloon, which features live outdoor music in summer, is within walking distance of the property. Follow Yer Nose BBQ, Chico Resort, Emigrant Outpost, and the Emigrant General Store are also close by. Additional dining and entertainment options including Pine Creek Lodge and Sage Lodge are a short drive away in Paradise Valley.
